This is Grenada's most popular rainforest walk.
You will need walking shoes with some tread, and you will want to take insect repellent
and a drink, so a small rucksack is useful.
Take swimming things for a dip in the pool.
This walk is muddy in the rainy season, so do not come in your best clothes! It is not a difficult walk, but there will be some careful balancing required as you cross a stream on rounded stepping stones.

You will need to be averagely fit and to have reasonable balancing ability.
